Nobody is perfect – trust us, we know this better than most people. We believe that we have a shared responsibility when it comes to looking After our beloved planet. That is why we have made it our mission to make fashion better.
We also know that we are part of a fantastic but very polluting and resource-intensive industry. Instead of just accepting this, we try every day to make beautiful clothes in a more responsible way.

TO WARDROBE.
This vision is no stranger to us. We started back in 2002 by reusing and reshaping deadstock pieces, mixed together with vintage. That’s why our name is Designers Remix.
MAKE FASHION CLIMATE NEUTRAL
Talking about climate is easy, but we actually want to do something about it. That’s why we’ve since 2019 have balanced out the CO2 emission of each garment that we produce, adding up to a total of 9.685.000 kg of CO2 to this day. This is the same as you taking 89.015 fewer flights from Copenhagen to London. To do this, we have supported different climate projects in Indonesia, Peru, Kenya, Cambodia and Vietnam, that not only wipe out carbon but also protect land, sea and wildlife and sustain the local communities around them.
WE LOVE FASHION, BUT WE LOVE ANIMALS MORE
Fur and leather are beautiful products but frankly, we think that the skin of an animal looks better on the animal than on you. As of Autumn 2019, all of our collections have been fur and leather-free, and we are committed to keeping it that way.
EVERY DESIGN STARTS WITH THE FABRIC
We’re aware that our fabrics also leave behind a huge environmental footprint–sometimes up to 80% of the entire environmental footprint of a garment. Therefore, we try very carefully to select the most responsible fabrics, which we call our magic fabrics.
TRANSPARENCY AND TRACEABILITY
Of course you have the right to know how your clothes are made. That’s why on every item of clothing listed on our website, we share who are the garment and fabric makers. We’re very proud to work with them and most of them have been our partners for years. In turn, we demand that they strictly follow our Code of Conduct, which is based on internationally agreed conventions, including but not limited to: the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration of the Fundamental Principles and Right at Work, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the UN Global Compact’s 10 Principles.
